DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN means the browser could not find an IP address for your domain: the DNS server replied that the name does not exist (NXDOMAIN). In plain terms, your computer asked where the site lives and got back that there's no such domain. The page won't load because the browser has no server to connect to.

What causes it
Most often the domain has no A record, or one was just changed and the update hasn't propagated yet. Less often the domain itself is the problem: it's expired, freshly registered, or your computer is holding a stale DNS cache.
How to fix it
- Double-check the spelling in the address bar; a typo in the domain name produces the same NXDOMAIN.
- Make sure the domain is paid for and active: check its status at your registrar or via WHOIS.
- Your DNS zone needs an A record pointing to your server's IP. In cPanel this lives in the Zone Editor.
- If you just edited records, wait up to a few hours for the change to propagate across DNS.
- Flush your local DNS cache: on Windows run ipconfig /flushdns, in Chrome open chrome://net-internals/#dns.
- Run the domain through the tool below to see which DNS records are actually served.
